MIELACH/WOODWORK    is    a   76   year   old,   third   generation   architectural
woodworking firm operating   from 60,000 square feet of  manufacturing space.  We are
located  in  Edison,  New Jersey,  30 miles southwest of New York City.  Our facility is
equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and employs highly skilled, old and new world
craftsmen.

The Midwest  facility   in  Elgin,  Illinois,  located 36 miles northwest of Chicago,  was in
operation from 1987 to August of 1998.

We consider ourselves one  of  the premier woodworkers in the country,  not only from a
quality standpoint,  but also as one who has pride in our ability to service a project in the
time frame scheduled by the architect, construction manager, and owner.
